My marketing pricing is tailored to any stage of your small business.
You choose my level of involvement, and I take on your marketing the way an in-house manager would: I set the plan, do the work, and track what’s happening.
So instead of buying a list of tasks, you’re buying my hours. What those hours go on changes as your business changes, and we decide that together at the start of each month.
And instead of a lock-in contract, we review every 3 months if you’d like to continue my services. The risk to your business is minimal.
The more hours we work together, the more I can do for your business.
Think of me as your marketing manager, just outsourced.

For paid ads, web builds, design, photography or Reddit marketing, I bring in someone from my trusted network when a job genuinely needs it, and I’ll tell you honestly if it doesn’t. One quoted price, agreed before we start, and I stay accountable for the result.
No two businesses are the same. When allocating my hours each month, I use both my experience and AI to help me get more things done in a shorter amount of time.
Here’s what drives my hours up or down.
Your brand, logo and tone are already settled
You’ve got usable photos and an established website
There’s one decision-maker, and that person replies within a day or two
You’re running two or three channels rather than seven
And you’re happy for me to make calls on the small stuff without a sign-off email for every caption
You’re starting from a blank page with no messaging, personas or brand voice in place
Feedback goes through a committee before it comes back
There’s a full website rewrite or a rebrand, which will swallow a month or two of hours on its own
You’re in a regulated industry where every claim needs checking
You want to be active on many platforms
You want a competitive and comprehensive marketing strategyNone of this is a problem. It just changes which package is more suitable for your needs. Let’s have a chat, and I’ll recommend the right package for you.
Australian agency retainers usually land somewhere in that range, with the median small-business retainer sitting around $3,400 to $4,800 a month. You’re paying for an office, an account manager, junior staff doing the actual work, and their awards and accolades.
A freelance copywriter or content writer will often work at $40 to $70 an hour and take on a defined task. That’s great value when you already know what you want. The catch is that you’re still the marketing manager, and you’ll have to plan your brief, which isn’t ideal if you’re time-poor.
My packages work out to roughly $62 to $70 an hour. You’re not paying agency overheads, and you’re not managing a freelancer because I’m running the plan. While I’m not cheaper than a freelancer, I manage your entire marketing strategy and own it for you in the long term.
Here’s a realistic month on each package, based on how my clients actually use their time.
Ad spend. If we run Meta or Google ads, that budget goes straight to the platform. It never touches my invoice, and I don’t take a cut of it.
Software and tools. You may need to spend on an email platform, a scheduler, or an SEO tool. I can recommend some free ones, and clients with the SEO/AEO add-on will not have to spend on an SEO tool.
Photography and video. If photography or videos are needed for website or socials, there may be extra fees from a local photographer.
Specialist freelancers. Paid media, extensive graphic design, and website builds are all specialist freelancers. When a job calls for one, I can recommend freelancers from my trusted network and quote you one clear price before anything starts. You never have to manage them.
Third-party fees and software, like CRMs, stock images, AI tools and plugins.I’m able to assist with most marketing tasks, but here are some tasks that I’m unable to do:
Most of these tasks are specialised, and you’ll have better value by farming them off to a specialist. Happy to connect you with other specialists who can do the job!
Yes. Extra hours start from $70 per hour plus GST depending on the package. If you’re going over most months, I’ll tell you to move up a package instead, because it works out cheaper for you than buying hours one at a time.
Unfortunately no, but I typically always use up the hours (because there’s just so much to do in marketing). If you know a quiet month is coming, tell me early, and we’ll work out a plan for that month.
I’ll always prioritise whatever’s going to make the biggest difference that month, but as a guide, 10 hours gets you three blogs including keyword research, outlines, writing and proofing. Or one email, two blogs and a LinkedIn profile refresh. Or five website pages with keywords built in. Or one blog, one website page and a month of social copy.
Yes, but it’s a very flexible one. Contracts reset every three months, and you can choose to renew or stop the contract at the end of each third month. Three months is the minimum because marketing genuinely takes time to show results. Most of my clients have stayed for years without ever feeling locked in.
My SEO / AEO specialists will spend 10 hours a month working on cleaning up your site’s SEO. This can include:
Yes! I work with UX/UI designers and web developers I trust. I brief them, run the project and stay accountable for the result, so you’re not managing three people. Get in touch, and we’ll discuss what I can do for your website.
AI can give you ideas, but it cannot take ownership of your marketing. I can. AI tools do not have the experience to decide what’s actually worth writing, work out why your enquiries dropped last quarter, or take responsibility when something doesn’t land. I use AI for research and first drafts because it makes your hours stretch further. The strategy, the judgement and the quality control are mine. You’re paying for my experience.
Most clients see more website traffic, more enquiries and better engagement within 60 to 90 days. Search rankings and steady lead flow usually take longer, closer to four to six months. I’d rather give you a realistic timeline during our initial chat.
Or you can finally get some marketing help and grow your business the way you want it to grow.
You didn’t go into business to do marketing. I did.
If you’re tired of doing the same thing and not seeing results. Let’s chat.
